Hypnotherapy uses guided meditation to put you into a state of deep relaxation. In that trance-like state, you and I will work together to change the way you think about yourself, create new habits and behaviors, and let go of things that are holding you back. During the hypnotherapy process, you will never be asleep or unconscious, and you will always be in control of yourself. I combine my coaching and psychotherapy skills with hypnotherapy techniques to achieve meaningful results.

How, you ask? Hypnotherapy brings you into something called a receptive state in which your unconscious mind is open and accepting of new ideas, such as how to achieve your goals. In this receptive state, the natural resistance you might feel to changing your behaviors decreases, which allows your mind to embrace new ways of being. After each hypnotherapy session, you will notice yourself making new decisions and exhibiting new behaviors with little to no effort. It might start small at first, like choosing a salad at lunch or forgoing that after-dinner cigarette, but with each hypnotherapy session these new behaviors will grow stronger and begin to form permanent habits and ways of being.
